There are three main concepts in PlikShare: workspaces, file explorer, and boxes. Let's go through each one.
A Workspace is the main organizational unit. You can create as many workspaces as you need within your self-hosted instance. Each workspace has its own team, files, and boxes (more on that later). You can share a workspace with as many people as you want.
The File Explorer is a storage system associated with each workspace. It's where you can create folders, upload files, organize them, and delete them as needed.
Boxes are the core feature for sharing files with others. They act as a secure layer between your file explorer and the outside world. Each box is associated with a folder. You can share a box via a link or invite people by email to collaborate on it. Boxes can have multiple links and collaborators, and you have full control over the permissions assigned to each, ensuring both flexibility and security in your file sharing.
